As social competition is more and more intense, many people sustain lots of pressures nowadays. Because of these pressures, many people become more and more unhappy. I think everyone has his pressures but the most important thing is that we should search for some ways to release our living or schoolwork's pressures. Whenever I feel tired or sustain a lot of pressures, I often listen some music, watch television, and chat with my friends or parents. These methods always can help me relieve or forget my pressures. Therefore, I feel present people should learn how to release pressues. If we can do this well, I believe we are going to have a good and delight lives in the future.
